Frequently asked questions
What do the XLR Y-splitter cables do?
They split or combine signal between XLR and 3.5mm connections. The XLR Y (One Male to Two Female) combines two XLR sources into a single XLR input. The two 3.5mm XLR Y-splitters combine or split a 3.5mm stereo connection across two XLR connectors.

It combines two separate XLR sources, each plugging into one of the two Female ends, into a single XLR input on the Male end, such as feeding two microphones or line sources into one mixer channel.

What's the difference between the two 3.5mm XLR Y-splitter cables?
The Two Female to One 3.5mm version takes a pair of XLR outputs, such as a mixer's left/right main outs, and combines them into a single 3.5mm stereo plug. The Two Male to One 3.5mm version does the opposite — it takes a single 3.5mm stereo source, such as a phone or PC, and splits it out to feed two separate XLR inputs, such as two powered speakers.

What lengths are available for the XLR Y-splitter cables?
XLR Y One Male to Two Female: 3 inches (0.25 FT). XLR Y Two Female to One 3.5mm and XLR Y Two Male to One 3.5mm: 6 FT.
