Standard Shipping

  • Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
  • All orders include confirmation and tracking emails once shipped.
  • “Best Way Ground” shipping is billed at the actual cost, regardless of the estimate shown at checkout.
  • International orders may include a minimum $5 handling fee. Customs, duties, or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • We may ship from alternate warehouse locations as needed. Customers will be notified if there are any changes.

Freight Shipping

Freight shipments apply to large or palletized orders and are only available within the contiguous United States. Residential addresses, construction sites, and trade show deliveries may require special arrangements or result in additional charges.

Our team will contact you to confirm details such as lift gate, inside delivery, or scheduled delivery requirements. Once approved, freight charges are added to the order and authorized on your payment method. While we aim to ship freight orders promptly, most will ship the next business day. Returns

  • Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom, made-to-order, and production items (P-items) are generally non-returnable unless defective.
  • Restocking fees may apply if items are used, opened, or incomplete.
