3rd Party Vendor Returns

Some manufacturers have specific return policies that override ComputerCableStore.com’s standard return terms. Below you’ll find a list of key vendors and their individual return conditions. Please review carefully before initiating a return request for any third-party items.

Great Lakes

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
• 20% restocking fee applies (charged by Great Lakes).
• All damages must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and noted with the freight company at the time of receipt.
• Electrical components (e.g., power strips, fans, blower units) include a 1-year warranty.

ICC

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
• 20% restocking fee applies (minimum, may vary for large items).
• Only unopened items will be accepted for return.

OCC (Optical Cable Corporation)

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
• 25% restocking fee applies unless a replacement or offsetting order of equal or greater value is placed at the same time.

Quest

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
• 25% restocking fee applies (charged by Quest).
• Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Platinum Tools

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
• 25% restocking fee applies (charged by Platinum Tools).
• Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Quabbin

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of invoice date.
• 25% restocking fee applies (charged by Quabbin).
• Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Important Notes

• All third-party returns must be approved via RMA before sending items back.
• Returns that do not meet vendor conditions may be rejected or returned at the customer's expense.
• Third-party returns may require up to 14 additional business days for processing beyond standard return timelines.
