Final assembled size listed incorrect...

While the quality of the rack is exactly as expected, sadly the final assembled size is not correctly stated. The description says 18.75" but in reality it is 18 31/32nds without the screws but the screws add another 5/16" to the overall height. This means my 19" tall opening in the custom built cabinet is not enough to clear the rack. I am hoping to change the screw to countersink type which will require modification to all the holes and even that needs to total no more than 1/32" in order to fit my cabinet. Specs in descriptions matter and this is a clear miss by Networx...
