Below are some of the steps we are taking to ensure our customers continue to have the best possible experience:
- Products and Pricing - As more and more people are working from home, many items continue to be in particularly high demand. Our first and foremost priority is continuing to keep prices low and product in stock.
- Order Prioritization - We continue to work around the clock for our customers, and our top priority is ensuring orders for essential services arrive on-time. Those in essential services are working hard to keep everyone safe and keep the world moving.
- Product Shipments - As COVID-19 continues to spread, we have seen a tremendous increase in people shopping online. We continue to stand by our promise of shipping all in-stock orders, placed by 3 PM EST/EDT (Monday thru Friday), the same day.
- Continued Customer Service - Our belief in these trying times is to help each other as much as possible. We will do everything in our power to help customers source unique products if needed, or direct them to a supplier that can source it. As always, our excellent customer service team is standing via phone, email, or live chat to help with any questions or concerns.
As we navigate through this pandemic, we continue to ensure the health and safety of our employees is a priority. We are strictly following the guidelines laid out by the CDC and other state mandates to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
