What is the SpeedTerm tool used for?
It's the dedicated termination tool for Networx's Cat6 and Cat6A 90 Degree SpeedTerm keystone jacks, used to seat and terminate all the conductors in one action instead of punching each one down individually. Networx makes a separate SpeedTerm tool for 180 Degree jacks — always match the tool to your jack's angle (90 or 180 Degree), not just its category rating.
