The product itself is great however the packaging is bad. almost always the bag is tore apart. Maybe use a box or a thicker bag.

These cage nuts and rack screws are good quality and fasten securely in square hole racks. Included plastic washers prevent paint transfer and scraping of your expensive rackmount gear.
