Worked perfectly and fits with decora plates to make an excellent finish at a reasonable price.  Will be buying more of these items.

Just what I needed. I already had the wall plate just needed the insert. Fit perfectly with the RJ45 cat6 keystone jack pass through. They looked like different colors in the photos (the jack looked ivory) but they are both white. One thing to be aware of is the keystone jack goes a specific way in the insert. Easy to figure out, just don’t try to force it.
