I use this for my astrophotography rig. I have a Pegasus Ultimate Power Box 2 which has USB 3.0 in and out. Main reason I got this was for the Live View of my Canon EOS Ra and doing planetary imaging. I was originally using a USB 2.0 active extension cable and only got 32fps with 5x zoom on the live view. Now I get 52fps 5x zoom and 32fps 10x zoom. My favorite feature of this cable is the female connection. It is very tight and takes some effort to plug and unplug the USB cable from the Pegasus box, which is great in case I trip over the cable it wont get yanked out easily. Happy I bought this.

Haven't tried it yet as the 10' USB extension cable worked so well. Will keep it in reserve for the future.

I had a shorter extension cable from another company, and it failed after about 1 year. I am impressed with how durable this one is, and it is twice as long with a built in signal booster. I highly recommend this product.
