All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day unless notified (excludes USPS which is always shipped the following day).  Any orders received after 3:00 pm (EST). will be shipped the following business day.  All orders placed with the ComputerCableStore.com will receive an order conformation sent via e-mail.  All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Thursday 8:30am till 5:30pm EST, 8:30am till 5:00pm EST on Fridays.    We are subject to UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping schedules. Contact Us or UPS/FedEx/USPS directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay.

Orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada may be charged a minimum of $5.00 handling fee.  The ComputerCableStore.com reserves the right to ship from other locations if necessary, customer will be notified if shipping change takes place. All orders place with the generic shipping cost of  "Best Way Ground" will be charged the actual shipping cost. Shipping prices estimated by the ComputerCableStore.com are only estimates and each customer will be billed the actual shipping cost.

After your place your order you will immediately receive an order conformation, please double check your order for accuracy. Our Same Day Shipping Policy leaves little time to correct ordering errors. If you find an error with your order please contact our customer service department immediately.
