Fits perfect in my Legrand panel and lines up with mounting holes. I am using two side by side to mount a 16 port
Netgear managed Poe router.

The Velcro straps are too short when using sonde by side so I am using long cable ties.

I like that the mount is offset  from the panel. Cables can pass under the hardware instead of over it.

The only issue I have is that the lip on bottom of the mount should be bigger. The lip is supposed to prevent the hardware from slipping off but it’s only 3/16 of an inch. I am also running cable ties horizontally to prevent slipping.

It probably would work to mount an older modem to the wall, however it is way to small to mount a current arris modem to. The velcro straps, even if longer, were very flimsy. Not recommended! The dimensions are 6"x5".
