Just what I needed with fast shipping and great price. I bought both the wall plate insert and this keystone jack and they fit perfectly. They looked like different colors in the photos (the jack looked ivory) but they are both white. One thing to be aware of is the keystone jack goes a specific way in the insert. Easy to figure out, just don’t try to force it.

I installed 2 jacks as well as the insert. No issues encountered. Nice clean look to my install.
