Terms and Conditions in this section will govern all sales
concerning ComputerCableStore.com unless otherwise
agreed to in writing, signed
ComputerCableStore.com in Quakertown, PA, by an authorized agent.
Terms and Conditions contained in this section are as follows in each
section. Customer's agree to all the following terms and conditions listed
below once a purchase is made. It is very important that each customer
reads all of the following terms and conditions completely. If you as
a customer are unsure of any terms listed below please call and speak with a
customer service representative for clarification. The terms are here to
protect both the ComputerCableStore.com and it's
customers. The ComputerCableStore.com has the right to change and update
the following terms and condition at anytime. It is recommended that you
read the terms and conditions before placing an order, and also look to see
if any revision have been made. Revisions will be posted in this section
from time to time. As they occur we will indicate this revision as an
Update to terms and date this revision for you to help save time. Note that
the ComputerCableStore.com will not assume any responsibility for any
damage to equipment, data or other property resulting from the use of our
products or services. The customer assume all responsibility for the use of
each product purchased. It is recommended that the customer make sure that
the product being purchase suit his or her application needs properly.
Shipping and Order Placement
All standard product orders that are received by
3:00 pm
EST will be shipped the same day unless notified (excludes USPS which is
always shipped the following day). Any orders received
after 3:00 pm (EST). will be shipped the following business day. All orders
placed with the ComputerCableStore.com
will receive an order conformation sent via e-mail. All customers with
questions are encouraged to
contact us. (Note: the online store is
there for your convenience for 24 hour order placement.) Our customer
service representatives are in Monday through Thurs 8:30am till 5:30pm
EST, 8:30am till 5:00pm
EST on Fridays. Since we ship via UPS we are subject to their shipping schedules.
You can check with us or UPS directly during holidays to see which days UPS
is shipping packages. Orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada may be charged a
minimum of $5.00 handling fee. The
ComputerCableStore.com reserves the right to ship from other
locations if necessary, customer will be notified if shipping change takes
place. All orders place with the generic shipping cost of "Best Way
Ground" will be charged the actual shipping cost. Shipping prices estimated
by the ComputerCableStore.com are only estimates and each customer will be
billed the actual shipping cost. More

Information
Tracking Orders
Returning customers may check the status of their UPS/FedEx package via our
online package
tracking system which can be found in the Your Account
section of our online store. Tracking a package requires UPS/FedEx to scan the package and
upload it into their system before any information is available. This
information may not be available until the next business day.
Returns
The
ComputerCableStore.com offers a 30 day money back
guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied
with the purchase you may obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number from a Computer Cable Store Customer Service representative
with the exception of "P-" parts. "P-" parts are parts that have a part
number that starts with "P-" i.e. P-XXXXX. These parts are custom built per
order which makes them Non-Returnable. This (RMA) number must appear on the
outside of each package being returned. The (RMA) number is for internal
use so we can receive and process each return for credit properly. Returns
received without an (RMA) number will be refused or received without credit
issued. Products being returned for credit must be shipped to us with
freight prepaid. The ComputerCableStore.com
will determine if credit can be issued upon evaluation of the returned
products. Stock items ordered in error must have a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number issued within 30 days of the original order date.
These parts are eligible for credit only if the returned products and
packaging are in mint and resalable condition. A repackaging/restocking
fee not to
exceed 20% of the sale price may be charged on any returned products. Under no circumstances will credit be issued after 30 days from
date of invoice unless the product is defective. All freight charges are the responsibility of the
customer. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via UPS or
Federal Express for tracking purposes. The
ComputerCableStore.com does not accept responsibility for any
returned products that do not make it back to our location. Defective items
must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number called in prior to
shipping. Custom Product are not returnable for any reason unless they are
found to be defective.
Back Orders
At the
ComputerCableStore.com
we strive to stock every cable and cabling product listed on our web site,
but from time to time we do run out of stock. If this happens an e-mail
will be sent to you informing you of current stock in house and when stock
is due into our location to fill this order. At that time it is your choice
to continue with the current purchase or to cancel that order, balance, or
item from your order. At the
ComputerCableStore.com it is our pleasure to serve you, our valued
customer. We in no way want to inconvenience you.
Shortages or Wrong Item
At the
ComputerCableStore.com
we strive to ship each order complete without any mistakes but if a shortage
or wrong item should occur you must report any problems within 7 business
days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as
complete.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without notice. The
ComputerCableStore.com reserves the right to correct any
typographical/pricing errors at anytime.
Sales Taxes
Any
orders shipped to or picked up in Pennsylvania is subject to 6% sales tax
and is added, unless Buyer provides an "Pa Sales Exempt Certificate" when
establishing their account.
Payment Processing and Security
At the
ComputerCableStore.com payments can be made with Credit Cards, currently we
accept Visa, Master Card, American Express,
and Discover.
At the
ComputerCableStore.com we take every precaution to protect our users'
personal information and to store it securely. We protect your credit card
information and other personal information by using 128 Bit SSL (Secure Socket
Layer) technology (the industry standard security protocol), hosting our
site on secure servers, and maintaining Secure Site status from Thawte.
We use E-Commerce
Exchange (Powered by Authorize.net) to process your credit card
information. We require only the personal
information that is needed for safely processing your online order and for
contacting you about your transactions, if necessary. It is used
exclusively for that purpose. Your information is safely stored behind a
firewall that protects it from users from other networks. It is very
important that once you create a Customer ID and password that you keep it
private to prevent fraud.
ComputerCableStore.com will not assume responsibility for
circumstances beyond our control.
Order Cancellations
You
can cancel your order with the
ComputerCableStore.com by send an email to
customerservice@ComputerCableStore.com
by 2:00PM EST. the day the order was placed.
Please write "Cancellation Order" followed by your Order Conformation
number found in the conformation email which is sent to you shortly after
your ordered is placed. Custom cables orders may not be cancelled after
12 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel or make a change
to a custom order you must call this request in and speak with a customer
service representative at our location within this 12 hour window. If you
can not reach a live person you can leave a message in the customer service
voice mail stating your request. (Note: all voice mail message are
time and date stamped by our voice mail system.) Since custom cable orders
are usually very specific and are generally for a specific customers
application we can accept any cancellation. Customers will be charged for
the complete order amount.
Privacy
In
order to purchase from ComputerCableStore.com
a customers must first go through our customer registration page or complete
this process at the end of there first order. Customers should know that
ComputerCableStore.com will not pass your
registration information to any other parties nor will we send unwanted
"sales" emails or faxes (known as spam). E-mail is the primary means
of communicating with ComputerCableStore.com. Your e-mail address is where your invoices, conformations, and any other
order information will be sent.
Warranty
We
do warranty all computer cables for their lifetime use from the date of purchase,
this warranty entails that all cables will be defect free and in excellent
working condition upon arrival without any flaws to materials or workmanship
to each customer. If for any reason you suspect a problem with our
products you must report them to us at
customerservice@computercablestore.com within
7 business days, other wise we will assume the product arrived without any
flaws to materials or workmanship. The warranty is voided if the product
has abnormal wear and tear due to any other distress caused by misuse. Any
alteration to the cables or products that the
ComputerCableStore.com sells automatic voids any warranty related to each
product. Upon failure of the cable/product baring any misuse the cable will
be replaced promptly. Cable replacement will be provided but no credit will
be issued for warranty claims exceeding 7 business days.
E-mail Newsletters
If users
wish to subscribe to our e-mail newsletters, we ask for contact information
(such as name and e-mail address information). We use this information in
the same manner as we use contact information in the registration and
ordering process described above. Recipients of our newsletters can
unsubscribe using the instructions listed at the end of the e-mail
newsletter, or by calling our customer service department at 1-800-626-6622.
Removal From ComputerCableStore.com Lists
You may
receive periodic emails or postal mailings from us with information on new
products and services, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive
e-mail and/ or postal mail from us in the future, please let us know by
calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-626-6622 or by sending us
an email at customerservice@computercablestore.com.
Under no circumstances does the ComputerCableStore.com
rent, sell or otherwise forward your name or other personal
information to other companies.

CableCash™ Changes to the Program
We may modify, restrict or change the Program at any time, which changes may include, but are not limited to, changing the amount of CableCash™ you earn for a particular type of transaction, activity or the amount of CableCash™ you need to redeem, or omitting or adding categories or products, or imposing, increasing or eliminating caps or Program fees, or changing the conditions under which CableCash™ expire or are forfeited. We will notify you, and through notification to you, notify the Business, as applicable, of material changes to the CableCash™ program rules and, unless you or the Business, as applicable, decides to terminate your Program participation, you will be bound by the revised program rules. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the CableCash™
Program, or the Business or your participation in the Program, at any time
without compensation to the Business or you. The most current set of program
rules can always be found at www.computercablestore.com/cablecash.aspx or by calling the ComputerCableStore customer service center at (800)626-6622.
CableCash™ Enrollment
All ComputerCableStore customers are automatically eligible and are automatically enrolled in the CableCash™ incentive Program and provided with CableCash™ rewards only after the time account creation. CableCash™ rewards can only be earned when orders a places online. Orders placed over the phone, via fax or any other method other than online will not be Eligible CableCash™ rewards. There is no cost to the Business, as applicable, or you to enroll or participate in the CableCash™ Program.
CableCash™ Qualifying Purchases
Only Qualifying Purchases placed online can earn CableCash™ rewards. A "Qualifying Purchase" is any order of $50 or more placed online (all other methods of ordering are excluded and will not earn CableCash™ rewards) that has not been combined with any other offer including but not limited to coupon codes and special promotions. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a particular ComputerCableStore order is a Qualifying Purchase that will earn CableCash™ rewards.
CableCash™ Earning Rewards/Maximum Rewards
You will earn CableCash™ rewards on every order you place online starting at $50.00 of products value purchased, excluding freight. You can earn up to a maximum of $50.00 worth of CableCash™ rewards per order. The more you spend per order the more CableCash™ rewards you will earn. If you redeem your CableCash™ rewards that you have earned form a pervious purchase on a new purchase, you will be able to acquire more CableCash™ rewards after the reward value is deducted from the new purchase, excluding freight. The more you spend per order the more CableCash™ rewards you will earn. CableCash™ rewards have no cash or other value, except to be applied to future orders at the ComputerCableStore. You may not sell/trade or transfer your CableCash™ rewards.
CableCash™ Activity/Redemption/Expiration/Forfeiture
You can view your CableCash™ rewards account balance and activity at any time online at
www.computercablestore.com. It will take 7 business days for your CableCash™ rewards to be eligible to be used. CableCash™ rewards are redeemed on a "first-in, first-out" basis, such that the first points earned will be the first points redeemed over the life of your ComputerCableStore account. Once a redemption order is placed, your CableCash™ rewards will be reduced by the amount of CableCash™ rewards used on your order. If your CableCash™ rewards order is cancelled before the item/items are shipped or the items becomes unavailable, your points will be reinstated and you will be notified of the cancelled order. You may not cancel or return an order for a point refund after the item has shipped. All unredeemed points will expire at the end of the 60th day from the day in which they were posted to your CableCash™ rewards. If you close your ComputerCableStore account, any remaining CableCash™ rewards in that account will be forfeited. You may not be provided with notice of expiration or forfeiture of CableCash™ rewards. You, or the Business, as applicable, are not entitled to compensation from us, or our Service Providers, when your points expire or if they are forfeited for any reason.
CableCash™ Rewards/Shipping
To redeem CableCash™ rewards, go to
www.computercablestore.com website and place an order using the account that has earned CableCash™ rewards. During the checkout process you will have the opportunity to apply earned CableCash™ rewards to the order merchandise total only. You, or the Business, as applicable, will always be responsible to pay the full shipping amount and can not use earned CableCash™ rewards to pay for or reduce shipping costs.
