The ComputerCableStore offers a Lifetime Warranty on all of our computer cables, whether custom or premade. If for any reason the cable should fail or become defective, we will replace the cable with the exact and/or equivalent item at no charge to you. Simply return the defective cables along with the required proof of purchase and/or e-mail receipt.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE RENDERED VOID UPON MODIFICATION OR MISUSE OF ANY ORIGINAL ITEM. The ComputerCableStore reserves the right to change and/or alter the policies, stated herein, at anytime and without notice. All warranty claims made are subject to thorough product testing at our facility for verification. The ComputerCableStore has the final say in replacing or not-replacing returned warranty items at our own discretion. If for any reason a product warranty should become void, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you to discuss the matter at hand and to explain what options you have. This policy is in place for our protection against any and all false claims made and/or misuse of products claims.
