Patented GoldX PlusSeries PowerGrid allows a laptop computer's power supply to power other devices at the same time as powering the laptop computer. Connect the included female tip to the input of the PowerGrid and connector of the same color male to the laptop (short) output of the PowerGrid. Then connect both of these ends to the appropriate connections on the laptop and it's power adapter. Now there is the device end (long output end) that can supply 5 volts or 7 volts to any number of devices. This includes powering USB hubs, USB devices, charging PDA, cell phones, etc. Please see device compatibility lists for the details of what kit is needed for your laptop.
